These terms cover your use of the North Point General Services website at northpointgs.com (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Accepting these terms
Using the Site means you accept these terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy. We may update the terms from time to time — see "Changes to these terms" below. If you're using the Site for a company or agency, you're confirming that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. What this site is, and isn't
This is a marketing and information website. It describes the kinds of services North Point General Services provides and gives you a way to reach us. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a bid, a quote, or a binding contract. Any work we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, task order, or contract signed by both sides. Capability descriptions here are general, and they don't promise a specific result, price, or availability.
3. Intellectual property
The content on this Site — text, graphics, the compass mark and logo, layout, and code — belongs to North Point General Services or is used with permission. You're welcome to view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. Our name and marks may not be used in any way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that doesn't exist.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Site for lawful purposes only. Don't try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Don't upload anything harmful or use the Site to send us unlawful or infringing material. We may limit or block access if we believe the Site is being misused.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information current and accurate, but we don't promise that it's complete, error-free, or always up to date. We don't warrant that the Site will run without interruption or be free of security issues. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Point General Services isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Site — lost data, lost profits, or a business interruption, for example. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limits and exclusions are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and us. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
7. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link isn't an endorsement. When you follow one, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, that means you accept the revised terms. Check back now and then so you know where things stand.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and North Point General Services each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — unless applicable law gives you the right to have the matter heard somewhere else.
10. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect.
11. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference, are the entire agreement between you and North Point General Services regarding your use of the Site, and they replace any earlier understandings about the Site. They do not change or limit any separate written agreement, task order, or contract for services signed by both parties — that signed agreement governs the work itself.
12. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
13. No waiver
If we don't enforce part of these terms right away, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
14. Informal resolution
Before starting any formal proceeding about the Site or these terms, please email us at info@northpointgs.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you directly. Most concerns can be settled this way.
