This policy explains what information North Point General Services collects through northpointgs.com (the "Site") and what we do with it. We've kept it plain, because the Site is simple — a marketing page with a way to contact us. This Site is intended for users in the United States. We aren't set up to serve visitors outside the US, and we don't target our services to them. Your use of the Site is also covered by our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

There's no account to create here and no form that stores your details on the Site. Information reaches us in two ways:

• What you send us. When you email info@northpointgs.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. Please send only what you're comfortable sharing.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, the server that hosts the Site may log standard request information — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed, for instance. This is routine, and it helps keep the Site running and secure.

If we add website analytics later, we'll use it to understand general traffic patterns rather than to identify you, and we'll update this policy to say so.

2. How we use information

We use what you send us to reply, to talk through possible work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Technical logs help us operate, maintain, and protect the Site. We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.

3. We don't sell your information

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it so that others can advertise to you.

4. Service providers

A few third parties help us run the business — an email provider that carries messages to and from us, and a hosting provider for the Site. They handle information only to provide those services to us, and they're expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it's useful for the reason it was sent — answering you, managing a relationship, or meeting a legal or contractual obligation — and then we dispose of it. Server logs are kept for a limited period as part of normal operations.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we work with providers that do the same. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute protection. If you have something sensitive to share, tell us first and we'll set up a safer channel.

7. Your choices

Email info@northpointgs.com to:

• ask what personal information we hold and get a copy;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it.

We'll confirm your request, verify it's really you, and respond within 30 to 45 days. Because we don't sell or trade personal information and we don't use it for targeted advertising, there's nothing to opt out of on that front — but if that ever changes, we'll update this policy and add a clear way to opt out. Depending on where you live, your state's privacy law may give you additional rights; tell us where you're located and we'll honor what applies.

You can also just choose not to email us — browsing the Site doesn't ask you for personal details.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is meant for a business audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date above marks the current version. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
